What do we offer?

Primarily, we can look after your property if you’re leaving it unattended to give you that peace of mind - maybe whilst you're taking a well deserved holiday or just away for the weekend. Perhaps you don’t want to rely on friends, family or neighbours to to check on your home, or you want to give your staff time off while you’re away. Perhaps you want to be discreet about being away, or just need a hand and don’t know who to ask! Our services are set up to help you with this, and include:

Holiday & Travel

• Security Checks - whilst you are away from your property we can organise scheduled home visits at agreed times to provide reassurance that all is well in your property, these can be separate to visits with any security services you are using. Visits can include basic outside checks or full inside checks, which if preferred can be in the form of timestamped photos or videos which can be emailed to you as part of this service, or we can do live videos!
• Keyholding For Emergencies - we can act as keyholders ongoing or for specific periods in case there is an emergency.
• Contractor Management - if you have work scheduled for whilst you are away, whether cleaning, gardening, pool maintenance, pet sitting, florists - we can oversee this to make sure all is being carried out correctly.
• Mail Handling - should you be expecting anything important whilst away then specific items can be opened / scanned / emailed with full discretion & confidentiality.
• Deliveries - if you are expecting important deliveries while you are away, we can wait for these and oversee safe delivery ensuring items are left in your property.
• Airport Transfers - we know you may make your own arrangements for getting to/from the airport, but if for any reason you wish to be driven in your own vehicle (perhaps you don’t want taxi or chauffeur companies to know you are away), this can be arranged subject to your insurance policy allowing.
• Pre-Arrival Preparation - the last thing you want on arrival home is to go shopping, so should you wish the basic food items to be stocked prior to your arrival home we can do this for you, for example by by meeting your supermarket delivery so it's all ready for you after that long flight!

Home Management

If there are any elements of running your home that you need support with, we can help. For example, home paperwork support - if the paperwork is mounting up and you need support to get things in order, we can help! Perhaps you haven’t reviewed your energy or insurance companies for a while and aren’t confident to do so, or you need to get your subscriptions under control. We can help you go through your paperwork and outgoings and support you to get the best deals.

Finding the right supplier for you - whether florists, maintenance teams, or party planners - we can help you make the right choice.

Vacant property checks - Whether rented as a commercial business or your own home, we can make the checks to give you reassurance that the property is secure.

We don’t want to over promise and under deliver based on other clients’ requirements, so to maintain this top quality service each request will be assessed to ensure we can provide the support you need. As this is a truly unique service we offer, quotations are on a bespoke basis according to what level of service is required and the frequency and duration of visits. We are a small company so don’t outsource to other operators, but we provide this unique & reliable service that you can count on.
